The number of people agreed on the reservation must be respected.
1.A payment of 25% of the total is required at the confirmation.
The remaining amount will be paid the day of departure. The deposit will not be refund is the booking is cancelled 3 days prior to arrival.
2. Check-in: from 12:00 to 21:30
For entries after this time please contact the reception (00376731116). If the client has not arrived before 21:30 and has not reported his late check-in, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
3. Check out: 12.00.
Rooms must be vacated before 12.00. After this time one extra night will be charged.
4. We kindly ask our customers to report any damage that might be found in the room upon arrival. If the damage is intentionally caused by the customer, he will bear the cost of repair.
5. We also ask to keep quiet after 23.00 as not to disturb the clients in their sleep.
6. The hotel management can not be held responsible for any theft or loss that may occur in the rooms. Customers can leave valuables and money at the reception safe for free.
7. No cooking is allowed in rooms, neither the use of electrical or gas stoves, kettles or similar devices.
8. Pets are admitted with the commitment that the owners take care of their hygiene and food and hold the responsibility for any damage they may cause. Medium-sized dogs and large dogs (from 10 kg) are not allowed in the restaurant.
